    • A method of forming a touch sensing circuit pattern includes steps of: forming a first axial conductive line on a transparent substrate; forming an insulation barrier on the first axial conductive line; forming two separated first axial electrodes, two separated second axial electrodes and the second axial conductive line on the transparent substrate. The first axial electrodes are arranged on two sides of the insulation barrier along a first direction. The second axial electrodes are arranged on two opposite sides of the axial conductive line along a second direction. The second axial conductive line is across on the insulation barrier and connects to the second axial electrodes. The method of the invention can simplify the manufacturing process.

The circuit structure for capacitive touch panel includes a plurality of metal leads and a plurality of electrode sensing blocks. Those electrode sensing blocks are isolated to each other and electrically connected to the metal leads. The electrode sensing blocks will output a plurality of capacitive signals in accordance with a plurality of touch positions. According to the electrode pattern structure described above, the impedance of the electrode structure can be decreased and the efficiency of the signal transmission can be improved and the sensibility of the touch panel can be increased.

    • A touch control device and a method thereof are disclosed. A driving voltage is applied to a first conductive layer of the touch control device. A second conductive layer is connected via scanning lines to a scan sensing circuit. To detect the location where a touch or depression occurs, the scan sensing circuit repeatedly and sequentially scans first ends of multiple elongate conductive strips that constitute the second conductive layer. The coordinates of the location of the depression is determined on the basis of the scanning result that the scan sensing circuit performs over the elongate conductive strips of the second conductive layer and the voltage that the first conductive layer applies to one or more of the elongate conductive strips of the second conductive layer that correspond to the location of the depression. The second ends of the elongate conductive strips of the second conductive layer can also be connected to the scan sensing circuit via scanning lines to allow the scan sensing circuit to perform scanning operation over the first and second ends of the elongate conductive strips of the second conductive layer in a sequential and repeated manner.

    • The present invention discloses a liquid crystal display device, comprising a pair of upper and lower substrates and a liquid crystal layer interposed between the substrates. A plurality of thin film transistors, video signal lines, scan signal lines, common lines, pixel electrodes and counter electrodes are formed over one substrate surface, where the pixel electrodes and the counter electrodes are alternately arranged and their starting points and end points are positioned on one side of a pixel region defined by the video signal lines and the scan signal lines. A transparent auxiliary electrode is formed on the other substrate surface, having a voltage as that of the counter electrodes. A liquid crystal display device so constructed has not only electric fields generated in a plane partly parallel with the substrate but also electric fields generated in a plane substantially perpendicular to the substrate. The transmittance of the substrates of a component is improved.
