    • An anchor plate is arranged for cooperation with an underlying mounting plate to position a cabinet therebetween, wherein the anchor plate includes in a first embodiment a slide block mounted within a slot within the anchor plate, and the slide block hingedly mounting a mounting leg, including a flange for abutment with a forward surface of the cabinet for positioning the cabinet during a mounting procedure. A modification of the securement leg includes abutment plunger rods reciprocatably mounted to at least one if not both of the abutment plates to enhance positioning and securement of the securement leg relative to the cabinet structure during mounting.

    • In accordance with the invention, a fixture is provided to receive a label to be applied to a CD disc. The fixture includes a base having a well of a dimension approximately the shape of the label and CD disc. The label, after printing indicia thereon, is placed adhesive side up in the well of the fixture. Since the well also approximates the shape of the CD disc, the disc may be placed in the well first, within the bounds of the well of the fixture, with its unwritten side facing up. The disc or label is then overlaid on the other manually in the well, and pressed in place, to adhere the label to the disc. A pair of oppositely disposed cutouts are provided in the fixture to enable the composite card and adhered label to be removed from the fixture by inserting the fingers beneath the laminate and lifting it up from the fixture. The sidewalls of the well are rotatable and opposed edges are straight and arcuate so as to present when oriented to the interior of the well, circular or truncated shape to the interior of the well to accommodate different shaped discs.

    • A method of stabilizing soil and aggregate for structural purposes including the step of mixing with water: (a) a soil aggregate base material; (b) a stabilization composition comprising: (i) an alkali metal silicate or other suitable gel precursor, and (ii) optionally a cation; and (c) a minimum amount of 1% of cement based on the weight of the resulting mixture, whereby sufficient water is added to the resulting mixture to hydrate the cement and thereby provide a stabilized soil aggregate matrix suitable for use in a structure. There is also provided a method of forming a structure which includes the steps of: (i) sampling a soil aggregate base material to carry out one or more Atterberg tests as well as UCS or CBR; (ii) determining target amounts of cement from the results of such tests; and (iii) substituting a percentage of the target amounts of cement with a stabilization composition comprising: (a) an alkali metal silicate or other suitable gel precursor; and (b) a cation, as well as a stabilization composition for use in the methods described above.
