    • An anti-shake device furnished between a lens module and an image sensor. An optical path is defined along the lens module and image sensor. The anti-shake device comprises a base plate, at least one piezoelectric member and a circuit member. The base plate is located in the optical path and has a surface facing the lens module, wherein a first axial direction and a second axial direction are defined on the surface. The piezoelectric member is located on the base plate and contacts with the lens module. The circuit member located on the base plate comprises a control module for controlling the piezoelectric member to drive the lens module moving alone the first and second axial directions in order to adjust the deviation caused by shaking.

    • A piezoelectric driving module for lens, which defines a photographic optical axis and includes a housing, a driven object (e.g., a lens module), a piezo member, and a rubbing element. The piezo member and the rubbing element are provided in the housing and located on two lateral sides of the driven object respectively. The piezo member drives the driven object by friction so that the driven object can be moved along the photographic optical axis until focused. Meanwhile, a predetermined frictional force is generated between the rubbing element and the driven object to reduce a gravity-induced speed difference between forward and backward movements of the driven object along the photographic optical axis.

    • An electromagnetic driving device which is defined with an axis and comprises: a casing, a driven unit and an electromagnetic driving module. The casing has an inner compartment. The driven unit is received in the compartment and is guided by a guiding mechanism such that the driven unit is movable alone the axis inside the casing. The electromagnetic driving module comprises: a plurality of permanent magnets inside the casing, at least one magnetic member fixed to an outer surface of the driven unit, and a coil located between the magnetic member and permanent magnets. When no electric power is provided to the coil, the magnetic forcing between the permanent magnets and magnetic member will result in a friction force to the guiding mechanism, so as to keep the driven unit at its current position inside the compartment.

    • An anti-shake device for use in an optical system comprises a biaxial rotating element and a electromagnetic driving module. The biaxial rotating element is made by grooving a thin resilient plate to form a special multiple-frame structure. The biaxial rotating element, when driven by the electromagnetic driving module, makes limited pivotal movement about two axes so as to provide shake compensation. The electromagnetic driving module, composed of a plurality of permanent magnets and a plurality of coils, is supported and positioned by an inner support frame and an outer support frame, both of which have uniquely designed structures. The resultant anti-shake device is structurally simple, easy to assemble, compact in size, and relatively low-cost.

    • A packaging device of an image sensor includes a supporting seat and the image sensor. The supporting seat is a hollow frame having a predetermined thickness, a first surface, a second surface, and an inner edge receding from the second surface toward the first surface to form a recessed step. Plural contacts in the recessed step and in the outer periphery of the supporting seat are electrically connected by plural electrical connection structures. The image sensor has an active surface set on the recessed step by a flip-chip packaging technique. The image sensor also has plural conductive ends electrically connected to the contacts in the recessed step. An insulating material covers an inactive surface of the image sensor and fills the gap between the recessed step of the supporting seat and the image sensor to provide dust-proofness, shock resistance, and prevention against static electricity and leakage of light.
