    • The invention provides a composite blade module and cutting means using the same. The composite blade module comprises a blade and at least one elastic layer. The elastic layers are adhered to a part of cutting edge and/or a back of the blade selectively. The composite blade module is used by the cutting means to cut an object to be cut. The elastic layers may be used as a shock absorber to absorb the collision force acting on the blade, thus reducing the probability of breaking blade, during the cutting process. Furthermore, if the blade is broken unfortunately, the broken blade is still adhered to the elastic layers, in such a way that the broken blade is prevented from either being drawn into the cutting means and then damaging the means, or being ejected and then endangering the operator, leading to safety guarantee during cutting.

    • A winding device with a planetary-roller tear-off mechanism (30) is disclosed, comprising a first winding roller (4) which is driven to rotate in a pre-determined direction and a plurality of core support plates (8) that are arranged at a predetermined distance below the first winding roller (4), wherein an interval between the core support plates (8) and the first winding roller (4) is defined as a curved channel (9). A web material is conveyed through the curved channel (9) to a winding zone (14) to be wound as a roll. The planetary-roller tear-off mechanism (30) includes a plurality of rotary arms (3) and a plurality of planetary rollers (6). Each rotary arm (3) is set at a predetermined location below the first winding roller (4), and having a driving end (31) and a free end (32). Each planetary roller (6) is rotatable, and mounted to the free end (32) of the respective rotary arm (3). When the free end (32) of the rotary arm (3) is driven to rotate to a position facing a circumferential surface (4b) of the first winding roller (4), the web material is subjected to a drag force acting thereon to break the web material.

    • A web material winding machine (100) includes a core tube storage tank (1), a guiding unit (2), a transmission means (3), a web material feeding assembly (4), a gripping assembly (5) and a second gluing mechanism (6). A core tube (300) is glued with initial glue and conveyed from the guiding unit (2) to the transmission means (3). Meanwhile, the web material (200) is fed by the web material feeding assembly (4) to the transmission means (3) at a normal speed. The transmission means (3) pushes the core tube (300) to move through a transporting passage (34) to the gripping assembly (5) and the web material (200) is stuck to the core tube (300). The web material (200) winds around the core tube (300) at the winding region (53). When the winding is nearly completed, a new core tube (300) is conveyed to the transporting passage (34) and interferes the speeding of web material (200), causing the web material (200) to tear along the perforation line.
