SOLUTION: In the manufacturing method of the chained conductive particulate, after a pH of aqueous dispersion liquid of the conductive fine particle is adjusted to 2 to 5, a density of a solid content is adjusted to 10 to 40 wt.%, and the dispersion liquid of conductive fine particle is hydrolyzed by adding hydrolytic organic silicon compound expressed in the following formula (1) and alcohol. In the formula (1): R 1 a Si(OR 2 ) 4-a , R 1 and R 2 denote a hydrogen atom, halogen atom, and organic group with the carbon number of 1 to 10 selected from substituted or non-substituted hydrocarbon groups, wherein (a) is an integer of 0 to 3. As the cationic polymerizable compound, a compound having at least 2 oxetane rings in its molecule, a compound having silyl group in its molecule or its hydrolytic condensate is used preferably.
