摘要： The present application provides a piping assembly and a refrigeration system. The piping assembly includes: an inlet portion (111) extending along an inlet axis; an outlet portion (113) extending along an outlet axis, wherein a predetermined angle is formed between the inlet axis and the outlet axis; a transition portion (112) being attached between the inlet portion (111) and the outlet portion (112) and defining a transition axis; a cavity (101) extending from the inlet portion (111) to the outlet portion (112) through the transition portion (112); and a first straightening portion (120) including a plurality of deflector plates (121,122) attached to an inner wall of the cavity (101), wherein the first straightening portion (120) includes at least a first deflector plate (121) and a second deflector plate (122) connected at an angle, and the first deflector plate (121) and the second deflector plate (122) are configured to extend in parallel with a part of the outlet axis and a part of the transition axis. The piping assembly and the refrigeration system of the present application have the advantages of being simple and reliable, being easy to implement, and being convenient to use. The parallelism of the working fluid is significantly improved, and the content of liquid components is reduced.

摘要： The present invention relates to an inlet guide vane (IGV) mechanism for a centrifugal compressor. The IGV mechanism comprises: a flow guide body (110) having a front end section (111), a middle section (112) and a rear end section (113), wherein the front end section (111), the middle section (112) and the rear end section (113) respectively have streamline contours in symmetry about the impeller axis (A) and are transitionally connected by smooth curved surfaces, the flow guide body (110) comprises an air inlet pipe (114) arranged along the impeller axis (A), one end of the air inlet pipe (114) being fixed at the front end section (111) of the flow guide body (110), and the other end thereof being fixed at the rear end section (113) of the flow guide body (110); a support structure (120) for fixing the flow guide body (110) at the air inlet end of the centrifugal compressor; and a plurality of inlet guide vanes (130) rotatably fixed in the circumferential direction of the middle section (112) of the flow guide body (110) through a rotating shaft thereof, respectively.

摘要： The present invention relates to a throttling device (10), comprising: a tank for accommodating liquid refrigerant, with an orifice plate (16) arranged at an outlet of the tank; a floating ball (11) capable of floating on a liquid surface of the refrigerant; a pivot rod (13) pivotally fixed on the tank through a pivot shaft; a connecting rod (12), with one end thereof fixedly connected with the floating ball (11), and the other end thereof fixedly connected with the pivot rod (13); a valve plate (14) fixed on the pivot rod (13) and located near an orifice of the orifice plate (16), wherein the valve plate (14) is capable of adjusting a flow area of the orifice under the action of the pivot rod (13); and a limit piece (15) located above the valve plate (14) and being movable to limit the valve plate (14). The present invention further provides a refrigeration system equipped with the throttling device (10). The throttling device (10) according to the present invention can effectively reduce surge of a centrifugal compressor.
