    • The invention concerns a foldable frame for receiving and transporting bags to be suspended in the frame, themselves used for receiving objects to be transported or stored. The inventive foldable frame comprises a base (1) and lateral frame elements (3, 4) whereof the lower end is linked in articulation to the base and which can pivot by about at least 90° relative to the base to shift from a position perpendicular to the base to a position almost parallel to the base. The invention aims at providing a foldable frame having a simpler structure and easier to produce. Therefore, a spacer (5, 6) is articulated at each upper terminal zone of the lateral frame elements. Said spacers can pivot towards one another parallel to the base and their free ends can be mutually linked more or less rigidly such that the upper ends of the lateral elements are maintained by the articulated spacers at the upper zones of the lateral elements and rigidly linked at a minimum distance defined by the spacers.
