摘要： A method for treating waste liquid in preparation of ethanol by fermenting cassava is provided, which comprises the following steps of: subjecting waste liquid in preparation of ethanol by fermenting cassava to solid-liquid separation to provide filter mass and waste water with chemical oxygen demand (COD) of 30000-35000 mg/L, and introducing waste water obtained by solid-liquid separation into an anaerobic reactor, an aerobic reactor, a deposit tank, an oxidization tank for oxidizing the supernatant and a floatation tank for removing suspended substance from the supernatant in turn.

摘要： A skin-removing device for root and tuber crops comprises a pedestal (1); a rotary drum (2) rotatably fitted on the pedestal and having an inlet (4) and an outlet (5), a helical screw feeder (3) provided in the rotary drum and fixedly connected with the inner wall of the rotary drum; and a driving unit for driving the rotary drum and the helical screw feeder to rotate together. During the use of the device, raw material of root and tuber crops is fed into the rotary drum via the inlet, and the driving unit drives the rotary drum and the helical screw feeder to rotate together. Under push action of the helical screw feeder, the raw material is continuously moved forward, and at the same time the raw material rotates along with the rotary drum and the helical screw feeder. During rotation, friction is generated not only among the raw material, but also between the raw material and the rotary drum wall and the helical screw feeder, so as to remove the skin of the raw material without damaging the flesh of root and tuber crops, such that the loss of raw material is low.

摘要： A method for producing ethanol from root and tuber crops comprises the following steps of: (a) removing skin of root and tuber crops by using a peeling device which comprises a pedestal, a roller rotatablely fitted on the pedestal and having a feed inlet and a material discharge hole, a spiral feeder located within the roller and fixedly connected with the inner wall of the roller, and a driving device, wherein raw material of root and tuber crops is fed into the roller via the feed inlet, and the driving device drives the roller and the spiral feeder to rotate together; (b) pulverizing the peeled material obtained in step (a); (c) mixing the pulverized material obtained in step (b) with enzyme, and subjecting the mixture to enzymolysis; and (d) fermenting the enzymolysis product obtained in step (c). The method can improve ethanol yield.

摘要： A method for producing ethanol from root and tuber crops comprises pulverizing skin-removed raw material by subjecting skin-removed raw material to a first pulverization to give a first pulverization product, subjecting part of the first pulverization product to a second pulverization to give a second pulverization product,,mixing the rest part of the first pulverization product and the non-pulverized skin-removed raw material, and subjecting the resulting mixture to a first pulverization; mixing the pulverization product with enzyme, and subjecting the resulting mixture to enzymolysis; and fermenting the enzymolysis product. The inventive method has the advantage of low water consumption, low energy consumption, high facility utilization rate, and good pulverization effect. Moreover, the pulverization method in the present invention can well control particle size of the pulverized raw material, and achieve small and uniform particle size of the raw material.
