摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep and improve the flavor of extracted coffee by effectively preventing drop in the temperature of hot water while accurately and safely discharging steam when a washing water filter is provided near a hot water spouting port, moreover, achieve a higher convenience in use with ease in the exchange of filters or the like while obtaining advantage in manufacturing with a relatively simple structure and also secure safety by preventing the scattering of hot water from a filter part even in the use of city water with much chlorinated lime or the like. SOLUTION: A coffee maker is fixed with a hot water spouting port 15 downward while a water purifying filter 19 is provided at a lower part of the hot water spouting port 15. In this case, the hot water spouting port 15 and the water purifying filter 19 are surrounded by walls 20, 21, 27, 28, 29 and 30 to form a space with a higher closing ability on the perimeter of the hot water spouting port 15 and the water purifying filter 19 while a steam bleeding hole 36 is bored at a part of the wall so as to be opened toward the side of a coffee liquid extraction part.

SOLUTION: A coffee liquid extracting section 2 is provided with a cylindrical basket holder 20, a basket 21 which is detachably held within the basket holder 20 to house coffee powder 35, and a basket lid 23 which is put on the basket 21 and has a percolation protruded part 34 at the center part thereof and these components are made rotatable side ways between the extracting and non- extracting positions of a coffee liquid. Two or more of the basket holder 20, the basket 21 and the basket lid 23 are mutually engaged as basket lid fixing means to fix the center position of the basket lid 23.
