摘要： Fluoroazolylpropane derivatives of the formula I are described, in which Az is imidazolyl or triazolyl, R1 is hydrogen, alkyl or aralkyl which is unsubstituted or substituted by halogen, alkyl, alkoxy, halogenoalkyl, nitro, cyano, carboxyl or alkoxycarbonyl, R2 is C1-C10-alkyl which is unsubstituted or substituted by alkoxy, aralkoxy or phenyl, it being possible for the aromatic nuclei of aralkoxy and phenyl in turn to be unsubstituted or substituted by halogen, alkyl, alkoxy, halogenoalkyl, cyano, carboxyl or alkoxycarbonyl, R3 is hydrogen, alkyl, alkylcarbonyl or aralkyl which is unsubstituted or substituted by halogen, alkoxy, alkyl, halogenoalkyl, cyano, carboxyl or alkoxycarbonyl, R5 is an unsubstituted or monosubstituted or polysubstituted radical selected from the series comprising C1-C8-alkyl, C3-C8-cycloalkyl, C3-C6-alkenyl, C3-C6-alkynyl, phenyl, naphthyl, biphenyl, benzylphenyl, benzyloxyphenyl, phenoxyphenyl and aralkyl, and X is oxygen or sulfur; including the acid addition salts, quaternary azolium salts and metal complexes. Methods of preparing these products are also disclosed, as are agrochemical compositions containing one of these compounds as the active substance. A process for controlling phytopathogenic microorganisms and/or for regulating plant growth by means of these substances is also described.

摘要： In accordance with a novel process, 2,3-difluoropyridines of formula I (I) wherein X is halogen or trifluoromethyl, are prepared by diazotising a 3-amino-2-halopyridine of formula II (II) wherein X is as defined for formula I and Y is bromine, chlorine or fluorine, in the presence of hydrogen fluroide, to give a 3-fluoro-2-halopyridine of formula III (III) wherein X and Y are as defined for formula II, and treating resultant 3-fluoro-2-halopyridines of formula III, wherein Y is bromine or chlorine, with a fluorinating agent. The 2,3-difluoropyridines prepared by the novel process are valuable intermediates for the preparation of 2-[4-(3-fluoropyridin-2-yloxy)-phenoxy]propionic acid derivatives which are known as herbicides.

摘要： The invention relates to a herbicidal and plant growth regulating composition which contains as active ingredient a 2-benzoyl-2-phenyloxirane of formula I; (I) wherein each of m and n independently of the other is 0, 1, 2 or 3 and each of R and R' independently of the other is a halogen atom, a C1-C4alkyl, C1-C4alkoxy, C1-C4haloalkyl or C1-C4haloalkoxy group or the nitro or cyano group or a phenoxy group which is substituted by (R)m, in the form of a racemate or an optically active enantiomer. Some oxiranes are known as intermediates for the preparation of fungicides and others are novel. The herbicidal composition has selective action in rice crops and is active against grasses.
