The system includes a mobile device, an application server and a database, the mobile device includes a requesting module and a digest encrypting module, the application server includes an obtaining module, a digest generating module and a merging module. The requesting module is configured for sending a request for a digital signature of an electronic document to the application server; the obtaining module is configured for obtaining the electronic document from the database; the digest generating module is configured for generating a digest of the electronic document, and sending the digest to the mobile device; the digest encrypting module is configured for encrypting the digest, generating an encrypted value, and sending the encrypted value to the application server; the merging module is configured for merging the encrypted value and the electronic document. The method includes the steps of: selecting a batch of electronic orders that need to be signed by a designated signer whose digital certificate has been recorded in advance; setting an identity for each of the selected electronic orders; signing the selected electronic orders electronically by using a digital certificate of a signer; verifying whether the signer is the designated signer of the selected electronic orders; and generating an electronic signature by using the digital certificate of the signer if the signer is verified as the designated signer, wherein the electronic signature is applied on each of the selected electronic orders according to the identities of the electronic orders. The method includes the steps of: generating a first document by a first party in a server; encrypting the first document in the server; sending the first document to a client and informing a second party of signing the document electronically; signing the first document by the second party electronically in the client to generate a second document; receiving the second document sent from the client by the server and decrypting the second document; determining whether the contents of the second document are the same as the contents of the first document; and verifying whether the signatory of the second document is the designated signatory if the contents of the second document are the same as the contents of the first document. The method includes the steps of: creating an electronic document, and notifying a specified signer to digitally sign the electronic document; confirming whether or not to digitally sign the electronic document; obtaining a copy of a digital certificate of the specified signer if it is confirmed to digitally sign the electronic document, the digital certificate comprising a private key; verifying the identity of the specified signer according to the digital certificate; generating a message digest of the electronic document if the identity of the specified signer has been verified; and encrypting the message digest with the private key thereby yielding a digital signature of the electronic document.
