    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a container seal tag automatically recognizing a seal number and confirming a sealing.
      SOLUTION: The container seal tag has a seal body 22 with a radio circuit 27 transmitting the seal number so that a radio antenna installed at the place of the passage of a container can receive the seal number of the container, a sleeve 23, in which an operating wiring 30 for the radio circuit 27 is arranged and which is projected from the seal body 22, and a rod 32 capable of sealing an open-close door for the container by insertion and clamping to the sleeve 23. The container seal tag is constituted by cutting the sleeve 23 together with the operating wiring 30 and stopping the transmission of the seal number when the sealing of the open-close door is released. The seal number is recognized automatically through the radio antenna by such a container seal tag 21 while the sealing is confirmed automatically by the presence of the transmission of the seal number.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a handrail device capable of circulating a handrail belt in stable condition. SOLUTION: This handrail device comprises a handrail 34 extending along a pallet moving route, an endless handrail belt 19 having a circumferentially extending groove 35 provided in the inner peripheral portion thereof, allowing the upper side of the handrail 34 to move in the pallet moving direction, and capable of being circulated inside the handrail 34 so as to be moved reversely, vertical rollers 36 disposed on the upper side of the handrail 34 parallel with each other in the pallet moving direction and having outer peripheral surfaces rolling in contact with the inner bottom surface of the groove 35 of the handrail belt 19, left side horizontal rollers 41 disposed on the upper side of the handrail 34 parallel with each other in the pallet moving direction and having the outer peripheral surfaces rolling in contact with the left side surface of the groove 35 of the handrail belt 19, and right side horizontal rollers 42 having the outer peripheral surfaces rolling in contact with the right side surface of the groove 35 of the handrail belt 19. The lateral swing of the handrail belt 19 can be suppressed by both horizontal rollers 41 and 42.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the noise and vibration while insuring the stabilized traveling of a belt by incorporating a magnetic body in at least one part of a loop- like belt, and arranging magnets for applying the magnetic force to the belt so as to float the belt at a constant height. SOLUTION: As a loop-like belt, a belt 11, in which a magnetic body (a thin iron plate or the like) is embedded inside, is used, and this belt 11 is wrapped around pulleys 2, 3 provided at both ends for orbital movement, and a cargo is placed on a carrier side top surface (a carrying surface 11A) of the belt 11 for carrying. At this stage, the belt 11 is supported for traveling at the carrier side thereof by rollers 5, and on the other hand, electromagnets 7 are arranged in an upper side of the return side belt 11 (a surface 11B opposite to the carrying surface) so as to float the belt 11 at a constant height in the return side of the belt 11, and the magnetic body 11 embedded in the belt 11 is attracted. Space holding rollers 9 are arranged at appropriate positions in the surface 11B opposite to the carrying surface so as to prevent the generation of contact of the belt 11 with the electromagnets 7.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce wear and the driving burden by reducing the contacting ratio of a belt to trough in the loading part.
      SOLUTION: A belt conveyor is structured so that the air supplied from an air duct at the undersurface of a carrier side trough 12 is spouted upward from an air hole provided in trough so as to give a buoyancy to a belt moving on the trough. The air duct for the carrier side trough is divided into a block mating with a loading part L to receive load from upstream and a block mating with the other parts ordinary, and a high pressure blower 18A and low pressure blower 18B are connected with the air ducts 16A... of the two blocks via air supply pipes 20A and 20B independent of one another, and it is made possible that the loading part is supplied with a higher pressure air than the ordinary part.
