    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foot bath which can mutually execute warming bath and cooling bath by providing a warming bathtub storing hot water in a tank in which feet is put and a cooling bathtub storing cold water in the tank in which the feet is put. SOLUTION: The right warming tank 2 storing hot water in the tank 2a and the left cooling tank 3 storing cold water in the tank 3a are provided for the foot bath 1. As to the foot bath 1, the warming tank 2 and the cooling tank 3 are formed of synthetic resins or metallic materiasl and they are integrated. Moving wheels 4 are provided on the bottom face side. As to the warming tank 2, the tank 2a consists of a leg insertion room 2a-1 in which the both feet F is put and a unit room 2a-2. A communication port 2c is formed at the lower end side of a partition wall 2b partitioning both rooms, and both rooms 2a-1 and 2a-2 are communicated. As to the cooling tank 3, the tank 3a consists of a leg insertion room 3a-1 in which both feet F is put and a unit room 3a-2. A communication port is formed at the lower end side of a partition wall 3b partitioning both rooms and both rooms 3a-1 and 3a-2 are communicated.

    • PURPOSE:To facilitate a manufacturing of a heat exchanger and reduce the number of manufacturing stages as well as a manufacturing cost by a method wherein a condensing part is composed of a combination of an inner cylinder, an outer cylinder and a barrel. CONSTITUTION:A condensing part 20 is comprised of an annular vapor barrel 22 having an inner cylinder 27 and an outer cylinder 28 and having its longitudinal direction formed with the first passage 21 to which a heat transmitting fluid is flowed as a height direction; a barrel 25 disposed to enclose the annular vapor barrel 22, having the second passages 23, 24 to which a heat transmitted fluid is flowed between it and the outer cylinder 28 and in the inner cylinder and having its longitudinal direction applied as a height direction ; a vapor inlet port 32 formed above the annular barrel 22 to cause the first passage 21 to be communicated with a circulation pipe passage from an evaporating part 10 to the condensing part 20 ; and a condensing liquid discharging port 33 formed below the annular barrel 22 to cause the first passage 21 to be communicated with a circulation passage from the condensing part 20 to the evaporating part 10.
