    • PURPOSE:To lower operating cost and to make a reaction tank compact by constituting an agitating means of an exhaust gas dispersing means installed in the lower part of a sparger pipe and a spray nozzle for water solution and oxygen contg. gas installed below and nearby the exhaust gas dispersing means. CONSTITUTION:An exhaust gas dispersing means 31 for jetting exhaust gas also downward is installed in the lower part of a sparger pipe 9. And a jet nozzle header 39 equipped with jet nozzles 32 for jetting a multiphase mixture flow of makeup water solution in which a SO2 fixing agent is dissolved with air is installed below and nearby the exhaust gas dispersing means 31. The jet nozzle header 34 is almost uniformly equipped with a lot of jet nozzles 32 arranged directing 45 deg. upward in the staggered form on plural concentric rings arranged nearby and in parallel to the bottom plate of a reaction tank 30. As a result, an impeller type agitator conventionally needed is made unnecessary and space required for installing the agitating blades for the agitator is eliminated to shorten the height of the reaction tank.

    • PURPOSE:To make atomized ices with fine ices by a method wherein atomized fine water having a specified particle diameter is injected against an ice supporting column and at the same time the supporting column is placed under a cold air flow of a specified temperature. CONSTITUTION:Injected water drips 9 are injected or atomized under a distribution of dried ice fine particles through a mixing with the atomized water or under a by mixing the cold gas such as cooling air or the like with the atomized or injected water and by placing the supporting column 3 in the cold air stream of -10 to -50 deg.C. After the atomized water drips 9 are adhered to the supporting column 3, it is necessary for the water drips to reach the supporting column 3 under an over-cooled state. Due to this fact, in case that the particle diameter of the water droplets is more than 100mum, only the water droplets of fine particle diameter are partially iced under a relative high temperature such as -10 deg.C. Accordingly, even in case of a relative high temperature, the atomized water droplets 9 are atomized as 10 to 100mum in order to provide an efficient production of atomized ices 11. In case of a size less than 10mum, the efficiency is reduced due to a low adhering rate against the supporting column 3.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a noise-less home-use heat accumulating type cooling and heating device. SOLUTION: A heat accumulating type radiation cooling and heating device has a heat-pump outdoor device 12 installed at an outdoor area; a heat accumulating and radiation device 14 installed inside a building with a heat accumulating member 32, and when heat is accumulated, refrigerant fed by a heat pump outdoor device is received to store cold heat or hot heat generated by evaporation or condensation of refrigerant in the heat accumulating member and in turn when the heat is radiated, either cold heat or hot heat stored in the heat accumulating member with the heat accumulating member being applied as a radiation heat source is radiated to perform a cooling operation or a heating operation inside the building; and refrigerant pipes 16, 18 for circulating refrigerant between the heat pump outdoor device and the heat accumulating and radiation device. With such an arrangement as above, it is possible to realize a more economical cooling or heating device of an energy-saving, heat accumulative, comfortable-to-human type and radiation by eliminating an indoor exclusive radiator, in particular to realize economical cooling or heating device through saving of an indoor exclusive radiator, in particular, a heat accumulating radiation type cooling or heating device which is most suitable as a home-use indoor cooling or heating device.
