摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce SH sulfur in a lower H/oil volume ratio and at a lower reaction temperature by contacting a hydrocarbon oil having a specific sulfur content with a specific hydrofining catalyst under a specific hydro-demercaptan condition. SOLUTION: A hydrocarbon oil having over 20 ppm of SH sulfur content and at most 0.35 wt.% of total sulfur content is contacted under a condition of hydro-demercaptan (hydro-deSH) wherein a hydrofining catalyst carried on an alumina carrier is tungsten oxide and/or molybdenum oxide less than 4-10 wt.%, 1-5 wt.% nickel oxide, 0.01-1 wt.% cobalt oxide, further the ratio of the total atomic number of Ni and Co to the total atomic number of Ni, Co, W and/or Mo is 0.3-0.9, and the H/oil volume ratio is not less than 5, preferably within a range of 5-30. Further, the condition of hydro-deSH is preferably at a reaction temperature of 149-315 deg.C, a reaction pressure of 0.3-1.5 MPa and LHSV: 0.5-10/hr.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydroxylation catalyst for hydroxylation of a light oil, having a low metal content, excellent economical property, and high activity at low temperatures and to provide a method for producing the catalyst. SOLUTION: This catalyst is a hydroxylation catalyst containing molybdenum and/or tungsten for light oil distilled product and comprises tungsten oxide and/or a molybdenum oxide, a nickel oxide, and cobalt oxide deposited on an alumina carrier. In this case, the content of the tungsten and/or molybdenum oxide in the catalyst is controlled to be not less than 4 wt.% and less than 10 wt.%, the content of the nickel oxide 1-5 wt.%, and the cobalt oxide 0.01-1 wt.% and the ratio of the total number of nickel and cobalt atoms to the total number of the atoms of nickel, cobalt, and tungsten and/or molybdenum is controlled to be 0.3-0.9.

摘要： The present invention relates to a process for producing middle distillates by hydrocracking a heavy distillate oil under middle pressure in which a hydrofining catalyst and a hydrocracking catalyst are used in series and once-through operation. The once-through volume conversion to 350 DEG C products is up to 80 vol.%. The yield and selectivity of middle distillates are greater than 40 wt.% and less than 50 wt.%, respectively. The process is particularly suited to treat heavy distillate oil having the nitrogen content of up to 1500 ppmw, the sulfur content of up to 3.5 wt.% and dry point of the boiling range of higher than 500 DEG C to produce the feed for reforming process jet fuel, the low sulfur content diesel, the feed for catalytic cracker and the feed for producing ethylene.

摘要： The present invention discloses a hydrofining catalyst. The catalyst has the following composition based on the total weight of the entire catalyst composition: 1-5 % (wt.) nickel oxide, 12-35 % (wt.) tungsten oxide, 1-9 % (wt.) fluorine, and the balancing amount of composite alumina. Said composite alumina is composed of one or several kinds of micropore alumina and one or several kinds of macropore alumina, wherein the weight ratio of micropore alumina to macropore alumina is 75:25 to 50:50. The term "micropore alumina" in the context means the alumina in which the volume of the pore of diameter less than 80 angstrom occupies more than 95 % of its total pore volume, while the term "macropore alumina" in the context means the alumina in which the volume of the pore of diameter 60-600 angstrom occupies more that 70 % of its total pore volume. The pore distribution mentioned above is determined by BET method of nitrogen adsorption at low temperature. This catalyst is especially suitable for the hydrofining of inferior distillates with high sulfure content and boiling range of 80-550 DEG C.

摘要： The present invention relates to a hydrocracking catalyst containing nickel, tungsten, fluorine, zeolite as well as alumina. Said catalyst is composed of, based on the total weight of the catalyst, 0.5-5.0 wt.% fluorine, 2.5-6.0 wt.% nickel oxide, 10-38 wt.% tungsten oxide, and a catalyst carrier. Said carrier is composed of 20-90 wt.% alumina and 10-80 wt.% zeolite wherein the zeolite is mesopore or macropore zeolite of an acidity strength value 1.0-2.0 mmol/g determined by NH3-TPD, the alumina is the alumina of an acidity strength value 0.5-0.8 mmol/g determined by NH3-TPD. Said catalyst possesses good desulfurization activity, denitrogenation activity, and higher selectivity with respect to middle distillates than that of the prior art.

Compared with the prior art, the catalyst has lower metal content, but higher activity at low-temperature. The catalyst is especially suitable for use in the hydrodemercaptanization process of light oil distillates.
