摘要： Disclosed in the present invention are a load control method and a device. The method comprises: an access network device obtains information on the type of a user equipment (UE); the access network device determines the admission control mode for the UE according to the type information and to the load status; the access network device controls the access of the UE into the network according to said admission control mode. In the embodiments of the present invention, an access network device can use different processing modes for different types of terminals according to the UE type information and the load status measured by the network, thereby controlling the impact of machine type communication (MTC) terminal access on existing networks, with no significant rise in signal costs.

摘要： Embodiments of the present invention relate to the field of wireless communications. Disclosed are a time slot state update method and device, which are used to improve the time flexibility during update of the time slot state. In the present invention, a communications node determines an update period of a time slot state table, the update period comprising x continuous time slots and x being an integer not less than 1 and not greater than the total of the time slots comprised in one frame; and the communications node updating the time slot state table after the update period ends. It can be seen that, the solution can improve the time flexibility during update of the time slot state.

摘要： Disclosed are a method and device for processing data transmission by a machine-type communication device. The method comprises: determining, by the network side, the mode for the machine-type communication device to transmit a small amount of user data using a control plane; instructing, by the network side, the machine-type communication device to transmit the small amount of user data using the control plane according to the determined mode; and transmitting, by the machine-type communication device, the small amount of user data using the control plane, according to instructions from the network side. In the present application, on the one hand, the mode of transmitting user data by a control plane can be used in transmitting a small amount of data, so as to improve the system efficiency; and on the other hand, the possibility of causing or increasing the congestion in signalling transmission and/or processing can be avoided when making full use of the mode of transmitting user data by the control plane in transmitting the small amount of data, thus improving the performance of a long-term evolution system in supporting the machine-type communication device.
