摘要： PURPOSE:To reduce a pressure loss, to form a simple structure by alternately continuously forming crests and troughs circumferentially of the outer surface of an inner cylinder, increasing the crests in diameter smoothly in flowing direction of second fluid, providing a wall crossing the flowing direction of the second fluid at the end, and opening a first fluid jet port, and surrounding it with an outer cylinder. CONSTITUTION:A premixer 30 is composed of a pedal-shaped fuel nozzle 32 having crests 34 smoothly increasing in an outer diameter in the flowing direction of the air and troughs 33 parallel to the flowing direction of the air to be alternately circumferentially provided at a predetermined interval, and an air supply tube 31 for surrounding the nozzle in such a manner that the air flowing through the troughs 33 flows to a negative pressure part formed at the downstream side of the crests 34 to mix the air with fuel. The fuel jet port 35 of the nozzle 32 is opened at the wall 36 of the crest 34 to inject in the air flowing direction. The air of second fluid flows through the troughs 33 of the nozzle 32. Thus, fuel can be diffused without increasing the pressure loss of an air stream.

摘要： PURPOSE:To improve mixture, ignition, flame stabilizing performance by composing a baffle plate of a main baffle for shutting OFF flow of gas, and a plurality of radial auxiliary baffles for dividing the flow at the periphery. CONSTITUTION:A baffle plate 40 is composed of a central baffle 41 for shutting OFF the flow of gas at the center, and a plurality of radial auxiliary baffles 42a, 42b, 42c, 42d for dividing the flow of gas at the periphery. Cutouts 44 narrowed in width of the auxiliary baffles from the ends toward the roots are formed at the roots of one sides of the baffles 42a, 42b, 42c, 42d, the directions of the flows divided by the baffles 42a, 42b, 42c, 42d are twisted to the axis of the flow, and directed to a negative pressure part 43 of the downstream of the baffle 41. Thus, the flows are not collided, but smoothly whirled, wound with part of the dilute premixture gas to be injected from a premixture gas supply unit 4 to be suitably mixed.

摘要： PURPOSE:To provide a high reliability and further low NOx by a method wherein a pre-mixing segment having a premixing device therein and a catalyst segment having catalyst filled therein and storing the premixing device at an upstream side thereof are arranged in parallel and assembled to each other and a large-sized combustion device is formed. CONSTITUTION:A pre-mixing segment 4 having a premixing device 7 therein and a catalyst segment 3 having a small-sized catalyst 5 filled therein and storing a premixing device 6 at an upstream side thereof are arranged in parallel to each other and a large sized burner 1 is constituted by an assembly of these devices. Gas fuel of low calorie such as LNG and LPG and liquid fuel such as Diesel oil or the like are fed into the catalyst segment 3 by an amount corresponding to a temperature lower than a catalyst temperature, i.e. an adiabatic flame temperature of about 800 to 1,300 deg.C so as to perform a catalytic combustion. In turn, the remaining fuel is fed into the premixing segment 4 to generate the premixed gas and then the premixed gas is injected around a hot temperature gas injected from the catalyst segment 3. Then, the hot temperature gas serves as a pilot flame, so that fuel is premixed and ignited to get a combustion gas having an outlet temperature of the combustion device, 1,300 deg.C, for example.

摘要： PURPOSE:To stably burn with low NOx by disposing a premixed gas supply unit and a catalytic burner in parallel, forming a premixing burner at its downstream, diluting, premixing and burning catalyst combustion gas from the catalytic burner as a flame stabilizer source. CONSTITUTION:A premixing burner 2 is arranged at the downstream side of a burner 1 having a premixture gas supply unit 4 and a catalytic burner 3 disposed in parallel. Fuel and combustion air are catalyst-burned by obtaining unburned fuel necessary at necessary lowest limit to stabilize a flame of the burner 2 and supplying it of the amount not to completely burn to the burner 3. On the other hand, remaining fuel and air are supplied to the unit 4 to generate dilute premixture gas, injected to the periphery of the catalytic combustion gas from the burner 3, the combustion gas 5 as a flame stabilizer source and premixture gas 6 are mixed to form a stable dilute premixture combustion. Thus, generation of NOx is suppressed.
