    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling device of a work machine having a sound insulating straightening plate adaptable to a difference in the type and operating conditions of the work machine.
      SOLUTION: An upper cover 3a is provided above a cooling package 21 provided with a heat exchanger 11 and a cooling fan 12. A side door 3b is provided on one side part of the upper cover 3a oppositely to the cooling package 21. An upper air suction hole 6 is opened in the upper cover 3a between the side door 3b and the cooling package 21, and a side air suction hole 7 is opened in the side door 3b at the upper part adjacent to the upper cover. The sound insulating straightening plate 27 is rotatable through a hinge 26 arranged between the upper air suction hole 6 and the side air suction hole 7. A control panel 44 controls an actuator 41 according to temperature information from a temperature sensor 42 for detecting the temperature information of the cooling package 21 for controlling the angle of the sound insulating straightening plate 27.
