    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve bonding strength and economical efficiency, and to surely prevent water leakage.
      SOLUTION: A first sheet 1 is formed by bonding a first impervious sheet 11 by thermal melting to the protruded end parts 19a of a protrusion/recess sheet 17 of which both the back and front surfaces are formed alternately in recessed and protruded shapes and in which the end surfaces of protruded parts 19 on both the back and front surfaces exist on the surfaces with intervals, and a second sheet 3 is formed by bonding a second impervious sheet 13 by thermal melting to the protruded end parts 19a of the other recessed-protruded sheet 17. The first sheet 1 and the second sheet 3 are bonded by an adhesive in such a way that they are adjusted so that the recessed part 21 and the protruded parts 19 of the respective protrusion/recess sheets 17, 17 are alternately fitted, and space parts 23 between the first impervious sheet 11 and the second 13 formed by the protrusion/recess sheets 17, 17 are filled with a liquid restoring material 25 in a predetermined pressurized state.
