摘要： A broadcast service provider must transmit broadcast programs by dynamically reflecting real-time reconfiguration of broadcast timetables and broadcast programs of a plurality of broadcast program providers and the broadcast service provider.A broadcast program providing apparatus and method for supporting dynamic delivery of program timetables and broadcast programs are provided. The apparatus includes a broadcast time organizer generating a third broadcast timetable by organizing broadcast times using a first broadcast timetable obtained by organizing broadcast times of first broadcast programs provided by a plurality of broadcast program providers or both the first broadcast timetable and a second broadcast timetable obtained by organizing broadcast times of second self-produced broadcast programs, and a broadcast program controller transmitting an exact broadcast program at an exact broadcast time according to the third broadcast timetable using the first broadcast programs received from the plurality of broadcast program providers or both the first broadcast programs and the second self-produced broadcast programs, which correspond to the third broadcast timetable. Thus, a broadcast service provider can transmit broadcast programs by dynamically reflecting real-time reconfiguration of broadcast timetables and broadcast programs of a plurality of broadcast program providers and the broadcast service provider.

摘要： There is provided a interactive IPTV broadcasting service system of user participation, the system including: a broadcast controller reserving time of IPTV broadcast channels to perform an IPTV broadcast according to the reserved time, notifying user participation to accept the user participation during the broadcasting service, and controlling so that video of the user making a request for participation in broadcasting is included in video of the broadcast in progress, and then broadcast, a plurality of clients each notifying the broadcast controller of the request of the corresponding user when the participation in broadcasting is requested according to a selection of the IPTV broadcasting user and generating video and audio traffic of the corresponding user, and a media server relaying the users' participation in broadcasting between the broadcast controller and the clients, and receiving and mixing video and audio traffic of a broadcaster and the video and audio traffic of each of the users making the requests for the participation in broadcasting. Accordingly, the broadcaster can synthesize videos of users into broadcast contents.

摘要： Disclosed is a system of transporting multimedia based on network, and more particularly, to an apparatus for inserting, transporting and extracting a timestamp through a network protocol. A network timestamp is transported without changing a preset transport standard such as a UDP, an RTP and a MPEG-2 standard by adding a packet having a timestamp, which is used to compensate for network jitter and used for synchronization, to a packet stream transported through a UDP or an RTP.
