摘要： The object of this invention is to provide a milling cutter which includes a cutting insert (120), which has a hexahedral shape and is provided with first and second cutting blade parts on opposite ends thereof, and a cutter body (110) provided with a plurality of insert seats (112) which the cutting insert (120) is seated in and fastened to in either of two directions. The cutting insert (120) is fastened to the associated insert seat (112) in a selected direction, thus all corner blades or main blades, provided on the first and second cutting blade parts of the cutting insert, can be used for machining workpieces. Therefore, the present invention extends the lifetime of the cutting insert (120).

The portable device includes a receiver configured to receive a plurality of data blocks, such that each of the data blocks include an associated cyclic redundancy check (CRC), and a processor configured to determine received status for each of the data blocks by checking the CRC of each of the data blocks. The portable device further includes a transmitter for transmitting a response sequence which indicates the received status of all of the data blocks.

摘要： Transmitting an acknowledgement/negative acknowledgement (ACK/NACK) signal in association with a packet transmitted on an uplink is disclosed. The method includes the steps of receiving a packet transmitted from a user equipment, decoding the packet, and determining whether the packet has been successfully decoded, transmitting an ACK signal or a NACK signal, based on the decoding result. Different transmission powers are allocated for the ACK signal and the NACK signal. Alternatively, the transmission power for the NACK signal selectively has an OFF level. The present invention optimizes the transmission powers for downlink ACK/NACK signals in accordance with the required reception quality of each of the ACK/NACK signals, and thus, enables the system to operate efficiently.

摘要： In a method for exposing an object to light and an exposure apparatus for performing the method, projection lights having image information may be produced. The projection lights may be projected onto the film on the substrate and travel along separately advancing paths. The advancing paths may not intersect with each other. To produce the projection light, illumination light beams proceeding along separately advancing paths may be produced. Thereafter, reticle patterns may transmit the illumination light beams. The reticle patterns may move in a first direction, and the substrate may move in a second direction opposite the first direction. The illumination light beams may be produced by separating an initial light. The projection lights may be projected onto the film at the same time or different times.

The method includes dividing a fingerprint image into a plurality of blocks, calculating and vectorizing quality classification parameters with respect to the respective blocks, obtaining quality classification values for the respective blocks by inputting the vectorized quality classification parameters into a trained quality classifier, and selecting a representative value of the quality classification values and determining the representative value as the quality of the fingerprint image. A plurality of cathodes are formed between walls which intersect the anode columns to form two sub pixels. Each secondary wall may include a plurality of unit walls corresponding to one pixel with first, second and third sub pixels which emit different colored lights. Alternatively, each subsidiary wall may include a plurality of unit walls, with each unit wall corresponding to one of the first, second or third sub pixels.
