摘要： The invention discloses a programming method and system for dynamic client/server network management using proxy servers, by allowing each active proxy server in an arrayed cluster to maintain an updated list of all other operating proxy servers in the cluster. When a client message requesting access to an application server is received by a clustered proxy server, the message may be forwarded to another proxy server (within the cluster) so that message (re)transmissions can pass through the same proxy server as the original message, allowing a proxy server to make consistent routing decisions (and other decisions) pertaining to that message.

The processing system then determines (310) a mean transmit duration per frame for a next one of the plurality of bins to be processed. The processing system subtracts (312) the mean transmit duration per frame from the total transmit duration of the one of the plurality of bins, when a next frame begins to be processed; and calculates (314) a transmit duty cycle for the sliding time window, the transmit duty cycle calculated as if a requested transmit duration for the next frame were to be allowed. The processing system also delays (316) a transmission of the next frame, when the transmit duty cycle is greater than a maximum allowable transmit duty cycle.

摘要： An automated mechanism is provided for generating and distributing appropriate certificates for end entities in a distributed public key infrastructure environment based on trust relationships between the endpoints. Policies between trust zones are specified as an arbitrary graph, referred to as a trust graph. A password is assigned to a trust zone or an individual endpoint by the Certificate Authority. When an endpoint requests a certificate using the appropriate password, the certificate authority uses this graph to generate the appropriate certificates for the endpoint. The distribution of certificates is automated using the Certificate Management Protocol.
