摘要： A motion-assisted positioning arm for a medical procedure. The positioning arm includes a base, an arm coupled to the base, and an end effector coupled to the arm. The arm includes a plurality of arm segments. The arm includes a plurality of joints for connecting the arm segments. The end effector may be manipulable with six degrees of freedom in a task-coordinate space based on motion by at least one joint in the plurality of joints. The positioning arm includes a processor to: detect manipulation of and determine forces or torques acting on the end effector; determine a surgical mode for constraining movement of the end effector in the task-coordinate space; determine an end effector velocity based on the determined forces or torques and the surgical mode for moving end effector; and apply at least one joint space movement based on the end effector velocity.

摘要： A stent crimping system and method for use in preparing a bifurcation catheter assembly for use in a patient. The catheter assembly includes main and side catheter branches and a stent. The stent includes a side branch aperture through which the side catheter branch extends. The stent is crimped onto the main and side catheter branches with a crimping mechanism in two crimping steps. In the first crimping step, only a distal end portion of the stent is crimped while the side catheter branch remains extending through the side branch opening of the stent and remains positioned outside of the crimping mechanism. In a second crimping step, the entire stent is crimped with the crimping mechanism.

摘要： Typically data migration between HLR nodes is implemented by suspending operation of the HLR function in a mobile communications network while the data is transferred. This operation inevitably results in considerable network disruption. The present invention provides a method of on-line active data migration in which a subscriber diversion is implemented before subscriber data is sequentially transferred from one HLR node to another. The diversion redirects particular subscriber transactions from the second to the first HLR nodes if the subscriber has not been migrated from the first HLR node. The method allows the transfer to be implemented while the network HLR function remains on-line.

This is achieved by providing a load ring between a sleeve retainer and the sleeve, such that the axial force applied by the retainer during installation and attachment to the plunger bore wall of the housing, is distributed more evenly on the sleeve and the sealing surface of the sleeve against the housing adjacent to the pumping chamber. The even distribution of force minimizes misalignment of the sleeve and thus maintains concentricity between the sleeve and the plunger.

The diaphragm assembly can be supported radially inside, outside, or on the weld.
