The extended sun visor panels are foldable along both vertical and horizontal fold lines, extending from the conventional vehicle sun visor first along horizontal folds that are parallel to the longitudinal axis of the vehicle sun visor and then extending along vertical fold lines that are perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the vehicle sun visor to cover virtually the entire windshield thereof. During flight, the wings extend forward for an entertaining glide at the urging of one or more elastic members. A control signal containing an address and duration of jamming is generated and transmitted using the same frequency as the victim communications system. If an address match is found, a jamming signal is produced for the specified duration causing disruption of the normal operation of the victim communications system.
