摘要： A seatback entertainment display system for a vehicle is provided having a support member extending from a seatback frame, and an adjustment mechanism coupled to the support member, and a display device coupled to the adjustment mechanism. The support member may be a cantilever type beam or frame extending upwardly from the seatback at a position behind and adjacent to a headrest. The support member may also be a pair of rods arranged to fixedly receive the display device and movably receive the headrest. The adjustment device may include any one or more of a forward-rearward tilting mechanism, a side to side pivoting mechanism and an up-down translation mechanism. The seatback entertainment display system is adaptable to optimize a viewing angle for a rear seat occupant of the vehicle, throughout a normal adjustment range of the seat.

摘要： A seatback entertainment display system for a vehicle is provided having a support member extending from a seatback frame, and an adjustment mechanism coupled to the support member, and a display device coupled to the adjustment mechanism. 摘要： A slide assembly for a sliding visor includes a sleeve which is concentrically positioned around a visor pivot rod and a polymeric slide extruded in situ with between the sleeve and pivot rod and extending along at least a portion of the sleeve to provide a sliding lubricous polymeric interface between the pivot rod and sleeve. The sleeve, in turn, is mounted to the visor body with a torque control allowing controlled rotation of the visor with respect to the pivot rod. In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the sleeve is keyed to prevent rotation of the slide and pivot rod with respect to the sleeve, and the visor body includes stops for limiting the motion of the visor body and sleeve with respect to the fixed pivot rod mounted to the vehicle.

Additional characteristics of the metallographic etch are that it is non-selective and it removes the silicon uniformly. Its special uses are related to an etch which is specially adapted for minimizing the Q.sub.ss charge on a silicon surface, as well as for removing work damage on wafers in which very shallow junction devices are to be formed.

摘要： An extremely thin monocrystalline semiconductive layer over an electrical insulator is disclosed, as well as its method of fabrication. The semiconductive layer is of high quality to provide an electrically uniform substrate for fabrication of semiconductive devices. The electrical insulator is also thin, providing a short path for thermal conduction from the semiconductive device. The method of fabricating the structure lends itself to inclusion of a buried layer, either by diffusion or by performing an epitaxial growth at a particular point in the process. The process also lends itself to an optional growth of an epitaxial layer on the semiconductive layer. The insulator may be made of an oxide of the semiconductive layer material, or it may be made of silicon nitride or silicon oxynitride.
