    • A cabinet supports a display and has an adjustable width to correspond to the width of a display mounted on the cabinet. The cabinet comprises a main frame to support the display, a pair of front members at front opposite sides of the main frame, and a coupling unit. The coupling unit comprises a plurality of first coupling parts provided in the main frame and spaced from each other in a width direction of the main frame, second coupling parts provided in the pair of front members, and a coupling member selectively coupling the second coupling parts with one of the first coupling parts to couple the pair of front members with the main frame so that the width of the cabinet corresponds to the width of the display. Thus, the present invention provides a cabinet that can be used to support displays of various sizes.

    • Disclosed is an idler for a tape recorder that can selectively transmit a driving force from a capstan motor to a take-up reel or a supply reel depending upon a rotational direction of the capstan motor. The idler includes an idler gear connected to either of the take-up reel and the supply reel, and a gear supporting plate, provided with a ⊂-shaped portion or U-shaped portion, for rotatably supporting the idle gear. The idler gear is provided with a convex portion or a concave portion formed at both ends of a rotary center thereof, and the gear supporting plate is provided with a convex portion or a concave portion corresponding to the convex portion or concave portion of the idler gear.

    • An apparatus and method for compensating Quality of Service (QoS) during a handover of a Mobile Station (MS) by a serving Base Station (BS) and a target BS in a wireless broadband access system are provided. The method includes generating a message during a handover from the serving BS to a target BS, the message including at least one of a data transmission/reception time just before the handover, a size of a time window for which a data transmission/reception history is recorded in an accumulated way, and an amount of data transmitted/received during the time window, and transmitting the message to the target BS. The target BS can more accurately find a handover break time and the amount of data transmission/reception in the serving BS at the time the MS has been handed over to the target BS, enabling fast and adequate QoS compensation/correction for each QoS class, and thus facilitating flexible, efficient and accurate QoS provisioning regardless of controlled handover and uncontrolled handover.

    • A half-bridge three-level pulse width modulation (PWM) amplifier includes a prescaling unit, a PWM generator configured to convert the input signal to a three-level PWM signal having a first level, a second level and a reference level and an output stage. The prescaling unit scales an input signal according to at least one gain value to provide a scaled signal. The PWM generator varies the width of pulses having the first level and varies the width of pulses having a second level based on the scaled signal. The output stage drives an output node to a level of a first power supply voltage, a second power supply voltage or a third power supply voltage based on the three-level PWM signal. The output node is connected to a load. The magnitude of the at least one gain value compensates for variations of power supply voltages.
