摘要： A method of producing a fiber-reinforced carbide-ceramic component includes producing a carbonaceous article from at least one unidirectional tape by pyrolysis, infiltrating the carbonaceous article with carbide former, and coating the at least one unidirectional tape with a coating material being volatile in pyrolysis and/or providing the at least one unidirectional tape with a transverse thread system including transverse threads composed of a material being volatile in pyrolysis. A fiber-reinforced carbide ceramic component is also provided.
