摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyaxial bone anchoring device allowing adjustment of a direction of an enlarged turning angle, simple in a design, and allowing easy assembly while providing high fixation capacity.SOLUTION: An anchoring element is turnable to a reception part 4, and can be inclinedly locked and fixed by applying pressure to a head part 3 by a pressure member 6 to simultaneously lock and fix the head part and a sleeve-like insertion piece 5 inside the reception part 4. The reception part 4 has a first engagement part 13 near the lower end 4b, the sleeve-like insertion piece 5 has a second engagement part 51 for engaging with the first engagement part 13, and the sleeve-like insertion piece 5 can be inserted into a storage space 11 from a lower opening part 12 by advancing the sleeve-like insertion piece into the storage space 11 such that the first engagement part 13 engages with the second engagement part 51. After the engagement between the first engagement part 13 and the second engagement part 51 is disengaged, the sleeve-like insertion piece is freely turnable inside the storage space 11.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bone anchoring device which enables improved handling during surgery and be manufactured with good cost effectiveness in a simple manner.SOLUTION: The bone anchoring device includes: an anchoring element having a shaft for anchoring in the bone and a head; a receiving part having a top end and a bottom end; a recess for receiving a rod therein; a coaxial bore extending from the top end in the direction of the bottom end; a seat for receiving the head near the bottom end; a pressure element which is movable within the bore; and an element made of a polymer material which is arranged between the head and the pressure element. The bone anchoring device is provided for improved handling during surgery and to be manufactured in a simple manner. The head is pivotable with respect to the receiving part and can be fixed at an angle by exerting pressure via the pressure element onto the head. The pressure element can assume a first position in which the element and the pressure element are in direct contact such that the pressure element exerts a preload force onto the head via the element in which the head is maintained at an angular position by friction before locking the head.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an improved bone anchoring device in terms of simplicity of design and handling of the device.SOLUTION: A bone anchoring device includes a bone anchoring element 1 having a head 3 and a shaft 2, a receiving part 4 having an accommodation space 8 and a bore 41 in communication with the accommodation space 8, and a pressure member 6 composed to be movable in the bore 41 and comprising a first surface for engaging the head 3 and a second surface on which a rod acts, wherein the pressure member is composed to be in a first position and a second position. When in the first position, a preload is applied on the head in the first position to maintain the shaft 2 at a desirable angular position before locking the head 3 to the receiving part 4, and when in the second position, the head 3 is locked relative to the receiving part 4. The first position is obtained by applying an axial force on the pressure member 6 to move the pressure member 6, wherein the pressure member 6 is held at the first position by interaction with the receiving part 4, and released from the first position by applying an axial force.
