      SOLUTION: The gas flow control device adjusts a flow volume of mixture gas generated by mixing gas supplied from a plurality of gas supply sources 40A to 40E. The device is provided with flow setting means (mass flow controllers 41A to 41E) for setting flow volumes of gas to be supplied from each gas supply source 40A to 40E, a total flow calculating means for calculating a total flow volume as a value of a sum total of a flow of each gas set at each flow setting means, a flow measurement means (a mass flow meter 42) for measuring a flow of mixture gas, a coefficient calculating means for calculating a specific coefficient showing a correlation between the total flow volume calculated by the total flow calculating means and a flow volume of mixture gas measured by the flow measurement means, and a flow adjustment means (a mass flow controller 43 for mixture gas and a control device) for adjusting a flow of mixture gas in reference to a specific coefficient calculated by the coefficient calculating means.
