    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-weight metal-resin composite compound molding or a casing in which metal excellent in heat radiation and a resin composition having both of transparency and flame retardancy are used, and further provide a casing for a straight-tube type CCFL lighting excellent in waterproofness.SOLUTION: A metal-resin composite compound molding, in which an aluminum alloy sheet and polycarbonate resin are insert-molded with an average thickness of 0.2 to 2.0 mm at an aluminum part, 0.5 to 3 mm at a polycarbonate part, and a flame retardancy satisfying specifications of UL94 VO, is used as a casing for straight-tube type CCFL lighting. The aluminum alloy sheet of a visible-light highly reflecting type having 99% or more of a pure aluminum composition is used so as to attain further downsizing without using a conventional reflection plate inside a casing.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metal-resin composition composite molded article which is obtained by using a metal excellent in heat dissipation property and a resin composition having both of light diffusing property and flame retardancy and which is lightweight or a casing obtained by using the metal-resin composition composite molded article, and to provide an LED lighting device which is excellent in waterproof property and is given proper optical design.SOLUTION: The metal-resin composition composite molded article comprises a metal 2 raw material and a resin composition 1 and is made by integral molding of the metal raw material which has an average thickness of 0.2 to 2 mm and the resin composition which has average thickness of 0.5 to 3 mm and a dispersion degree θ of 45° or more, wherein heat transport capability of the metal raw material is 0.02 W/K or more, flame retardancy of the resin composition satisfies a standard UL94V0, and the metal-resin composition composite molded article is made by integrating the metal raw material and the resin composition by an insert molding process or the like. Moreover the LED lighting device is made by using the metal-resin composition composite molded article as a heat dissipation structure or a heat dissipation casing and combining it with a proper optical system.
