摘要： Isocyanate-functional polyurethane prepolymers and aqueous dispersions therefrom which are useful for the production of flat materials having excellent resistance to alcoholic solvents are described. The prepolymers are prepared by reacting: A) an isocyanate selected from the group consisting of i) an aliphatic and/or a cycloaliphatic isocyanate, ii) a mixture of an aromatic isocyanate and an aliphatic and/or a cycloaliphatic isocyanate, B) a di- or polyhydroxy compound having a number average molecular weight of from 700 to about 16,000, and C) optionally, a dihydroxy and/or polyhydroxyl compound having a number average molecular weight of less than 700, with the provisos that a) at least one of components A), B or C) has a functionality of more than 2 and b) if both component A) and component B) are difunctional, component C) cannot be a trihydroxy component of the formula: R-(OH) 3 where R is a saturated straight chain or branched chain aliphatic group of from 2 to 8 carbon atoms.

摘要： Curable aqueous polyurethane polymer dispersions are described. The dispersion comprises a polyurethane copolymer having pendant (meth)acrylate groups and pendant carboxylic groups along the main chain and a tertiary aminofunctional unsaturated monomer that has reacted in an acid/base reaction with the carboxylic acid groups on the main chain. The dispersion can be applied to the surface of a substrate and cured using ultra-violet or electron-beam radiation to form a cured polyurethane having desired properties that does not emit volatile amine compounds.

摘要： The present invention is directed to a polyisocyanate mixture i) having a monomeric diisocyanate content of less than 3% by weight, ii) having a urethane group content of more than 50 equivalent %, based on the total equivalents of urethane and allophanate groups, and iii) containing siloxane groups (calculated as SiO, MW 44) in an amount of 0.002 to 50% by weight, wherein the preceding percentages are based on the solids content of the polyisocyanate mixture and wherein the siloxane groups are incorporated by reacting a) an isocyanate group from a polyisocyanate adduct containing isocyanurate groups and prepared from a monomeric diisocyanate having at least one cycloaliphatic group with b) a compound containing one or more hydroxyl groups directly attached to a carbon atom and one or more siloxane groups to form urethane groups. The present invention also relates to the use of this polyisocyanate mixture, optionally in blocked form, as an isocyanate component in one- or two-component coating compositions.

摘要： The present invention relates to a polyether urethane containing one reactive silane group and one or more polyether segments having a number average molecular weight of 1000 to 15,000, wherein the reactive silane groups are incorporated by the reaction of an isocyanate group with a compound corresponding to the formula (I) wherein X represents identical or different organic groups which are inert to isocyanate groups below 100°C, provided that at least two of these groups are alkoxy or acyloxy groups, Y represents a linear or branched alkylene group containing 1 to 8 carbon atoms and R 1 , represents an organic group which is inert to isocyanate groups at a temperature of 100°C or less.
