    • An apparatus for context-based contact information management may include a processor. The processor may be configured to receive contact information and associated sender-based context information. In this regard, the contact information and sender-based context information may have been transmitted from a sending device. The processor may also be configured to associate receiver-based context information with the contact information and identify a historical context within a historical multi-dimensional context environment based at least in part on the sender-based context information and the receiver-based context information. Further, the processor may be configured to link the contact information to the historical context. Associated methods and computer program products may also be provided.

    • A system for detecting state transitions when apparatuses move between significant places or routes without having to employ high resolution, and high energy cost, localization technologies. Apparatuses may receive position information via lower resolution/lower energy cost localization resources, and this information may be used to determine whether the current position of the apparatus corresponds to a significant place or route. If the apparatus is determined to be positioned in a significant place or route, a further determination may be made as to whether at least one second level classifier exists for the significant place or route. Second level classifiers may be utilized to determine when apparatuses transition from one state (e.g., one significant place or route) to another. Upon detection of a state transition based on the second level classifier, a new localization configuration may be applied in the apparatus.

    • Embodiments provide an electronic circuit breaker. The electronic circuit breaker has main electrical contacts configurable between an opened and a closed condition, a handle coupled to at least one of the main electrical contacts, the handle moveable between at least an ON configuration and an OFF configuration, secondary electrical contacts configured to engage each other in the ON configuration, and a moveable stop operable to maintain separation of the main electrical contacts initially when moved toward the ON configuration, and operable to unlock and allow closing of the main electrical contacts upon successful completion of a self-test. A method of operating the electronic circuit breaker is provided, as are other aspects.

    • The present disclosure discloses an information feedback method for uplink closed loop transmission diversity, which includes: a base station allocates each Fractional Dedicated Physical Channel (F-DPCH) to at least one user; and the base station takes at least one F-DPCH as a feedback channel and arranges information of different users in each said F-DPCH by time division multiplexing, wherein information of at least one user in the F-DPCH includes feedback information of the uplink closed loop transmission diversity and an uplink Transmission Power Control (TPC) command. The present disclosure further discloses an information feedback device for uplink closed loop transmission diversity. Through the solution of the present disclosure, information feedback of the uplink closed loop transmission diversity can be implemented, when the information is a weight, the problem of weight feedback of the uplink closed loop transmission diversity is solved, and a user side of a High Speed Uplink Packet Access (HSUPA) system is facilitated to complete an operation of transmission diversity.
