Moreover, in the transmission belt having the core embedded in the rubber, the transmission belt formed of a folded cord, which is formed by primarily twisting a polyethylene terephthalate fiber yarn to form a core yarn and secondarily twisting this core yarn with the primarily twisted aramide fiber yarn to obtain 200-500 g/d of elasticity, is provided.
