摘要： Suspension concentrate compositions are disclosed for delivering S-(+)-Abscisic acid either alone or in combination with a second plant growth regulator to crop seed prior to planting as well as for foliar, soil drench, in-furrow and sprench (foliar spray and soil drench) applications are disclosed. The compositions, when properly combined in an aqueous carrier and processed through wet milling to achieve the desired particle size, will result in stable compositions that are desirable for treating crop seeds.

摘要： Liquid formulations, suitable for use in extending the vase-life of cut flowers and which resist the development of unsightly discoloration and turbidity comprise from about 55 parts by weight to about 98 parts by weight of a sugar; from about 0.05 part by weight to about 1 part by weight of an inhibitor of aminocyclopropanecarboxylate synthase selected from L-trans-2-amino-4-(2-aminoethoxy)-3-butenoic acid and carboxymethoxylamine; from about 0.1 part by weight to about 5 parts by weight of an antimicrobial agent; from about 1 part by weight to about 5 parts by weight of aluminum sulfate; and from about 0.1 part by weight to about 5 parts by weight of a dicarboxylic acid of from two to six carbon atoms. All parts by weight based upon the total weight of the dissolved solid components.

摘要： The invention generally relates to mixtures of cinnamaldehyde (cinnamic aldehyde) and allicin (10%) in emulsifiable suspension formulations at ratios ranging from 1:1 to 20:1 for protecting plants from damage by nematodes, fungal pathogens, insects and mites. The nematicidal compositions described are easily flowable, easily mixable in water and have low volatility and exhibit no phytotoxicity. Methods of applying the compositions for agriculture use are disclosed.

摘要： A water-soluble granular composition including at least 40% of at least one plant growth regulator, at least one binder, at least one disaccharide and at least one surfactant; as well as methods for making and using the composition are disclosed. The water-soluble granular composition advantageously improves preparation of a solid plant growth regulator formulation for spray application, as such composition swiftly dissolves, is easily metered for application, can be more highly concentrated and is dust-free. A presently preferred water-soluble granular composition includes at least 40% of at least one gibberellin as the plant growth regulator.

摘要： Compatibility agents were developed for improving the compatibility and stability of mixtures of liquid fertilizers and liquid or wettable powdered pesticides. These compatibility agents contain water, a low alkanol and an alkylaryl polyoxyethylene glycol phosphate ester. The compatibility agent is used at a preferred concentration range of 0.1 to 0.4% of the fertilizer solution. The preferred compatibility agent not only improves the compatibility of liquid fertilizer-pesticide mixtures, but also results in uniform and stable mixtures ensuring accurate pesticide applications. The preferred compatibility agent is a mixture containing about 16% water, about 20% methanol and about 64% of an octylphenol polyoxyethylene glycol phosphate ester.
