摘要： An electric vehicle solar charging system is disclosed, comprising a photovoltaic system or a DC source to transmit DC electricity to an electric vehicle via DC/DC conversion system. The DC/DC conversion is configured to directly transmit power to a battery pack configured to power the electric vehicle through the electric vehicle's DC charging inputs. This electricity can be supplemented by building battery or energy storage systems with DC output, or by DC electricity converted from AC which was supplied by AC sources. The combined circuit can be further modified by an in-line DC/DC converter at output if necessary, which also may be a bidirectional converter to supply energy from the EV back to the house load through a connected AC/DC inverter. When no DC is available, an AC power source can optionally provide supplemental power to the electric vehicle directly through the AC charging inputs.

摘要： A wireless light switch harvests energy for ambient environment/space conditions and uses the harvested energy to energize low-power electronics. An exemplary application is for wireless control (ON/OFF or dimming) of light fixtures. The energy harvesting circuitry transduces ambient light to electricity and uses this energy to charge an energy storage device as well as power a wireless transmitter which can be triggered based on user interaction with an ON/OFF or Dim+/Dim− element. The wireless light switch with energy harvesting circuitry is paired with a wireless receiver circuit which can be connected to a light fixture that is to be controlled by the wireless light switch.

摘要： A cascade power system comprises a non-isolated converter in a cascade configuration with an isolated converter and a controller that is coupled with the output of the isolated converter and the switching element of the non-isolated converter. The non-isolated converter steps-down the input voltage to a lower regulated voltage. The isolated converter converts the regulated voltage to a square wave signal that is output to a transformer and the controller. Thus, a the resulting feedback loop comprising the isolated converter, controller and non-isolated converter is completely independent from the output of the system. As a result, a feedback relation can be derived in the form of a feedback algorithm that can effectively regulate/adjust the output of the non-isolated converter and therefore the isolated converter output as well. Further, because the non-isolated converter steps down the voltage and the isolated converter operates on this low stepped down voltage, the system is able to be highly efficient.
