    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scaffold structure for boiler furnace interior work, which promptly and easily installs a scaffold within a furnace, shortens the entire process of periodic inspection while reducing costs.
      SOLUTION: An insertion beam 4 constituted of an H beam serving as a support beam of a framework scaffold 8 is nipped between guide beams 5 constituted of two C beams. The insertion beam 4 in the waiting state outside the furnace during storage is delivered to the inside of the furnace 1 when used, and the insertion beam 4 and the guide beam 5 are fastened and fixed to each other outside the furnace 1, so as to provide a structure in which a cantilever beam is protruded within the furnace 1. Thus, the scaffold can be temporarily built within the furnace 1 easily and promptly. Since the insertion beam 4 constituted of the single H beam does not require addition of a member to secure an insertion length to the inside of the furnace 1, work for inserting the insertion beam 4 to the inside of the furnace 1 is extremely easy. A working space can be secured promptly in a position close to a hanging heat exchanger provided within the furnace 1 to transfer to clinker removal work, shortening the process.
