摘要： A fill-in type OMR(Optical Mark Recognition) card is provided to fill in color corresponding to a identification mark of discrimination marking part. A name, the gender, an examinee's number and the kind of a test paper are written in an entry part(10b). In an answer marking unit(10a), an answer sheet is marked. So that the marking point of time of a marking unit(10) can be recognized through a reader, a mark unit(20) is printed. The inside of a background unit is filled with the black color. An empty unit is formed in the center of each background unit. An identification mark is written in each empty unit. The empty unit is marked through a computer pen.
