摘要： PURPOSE: To enable air to pass through the storage when fuel is taken out from a storage tank by providing a pressure valve member for releasing the pressure produced by the vaporization due to the filling of the tank or the rise of temperature. CONSTITUTION: A pressure valve member 2 comprises a transverse pin 11 having a conical lower end 10, engageable with a lever 12 which can be rotated by an extension 20 with a pivot pin 21 as the center. A storage tank can be opened manually by a cord 22 in filling to release the air and vapor in the valve immediately. A tubular body 1 at the lower side of the pressure valve member 2 forms an elbow portion 13. A vacuum valve member 16 engageable with a sheet 17 is disposed in the elbow portion 13. The vacuum valve member 16 can be opened by, for example, a pressure of -0.5 kilo Pascal to avoid such dangerous accident as the collapse from interior of a tank wall.
