摘要： The invention relates to a smoking article pack (10) and an associated blank each configured to enclose smoking articles having a generally frustoconical shape. The pack (10) is provided with polygonal end faces (20, 22) of differing surface areas and has a body portion (10a) and a lid portion (10b) which, when the lid portion (10b) is in its closed position, define an overal frusto- pyramidal shape. The lid portion (10b) is operable to provide access to the pack (10) proximate the end face (22) having the greater surface area thus maximising the use of the space within the pack (10). The present invention allows frusto- conical smoking articles to be orientated within the pack whilst they all lie in the same direction such that they may be conveniently removed by a consumer in a direction parallel to their longitudinal axes.

The pouch (1) is reclosable by a closure element (S) positioned at or near the mouth (7) of a pocket (2) for containing tobacco defined by the two surfaces that are held in communication. The magnetic closure element (8) is operable to associate with a further closure element (8) on an opposing surface to hold the pouch (1) in a closed arrangement until sufficient pressure is exerted on the closure elements (8) to overcome the attraction there between and allow separation thereof. The pouch (1) may subsequently be reclosed by bringing the closure elements (1) together.
