摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a puncture cannula which can be easily manufactured and realize safe contact with a cable. SOLUTION: This puncture cannula, especially for stimulating a nerve, is equipped with a cannula (10) made of stainless steel attached to a cannula hub (11)and a cable (19) with a core (21) extended through an inserting groove (18) equipped on the cannula hub (11) and connected to the cannula (10) made of stainless steel. The hub (11) of the cannula (10) is equipped with a metallic fastening member (24) formed so as to be equipped with a first fastening slot (26) for engaging the cannula (10) made of stainless steel and a second fastening slot (27) for engaging the core (21) of the cable (19).

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the exact insertion of a catheter to an optimum area by selectively inserting a puncture cannula and a nerve plexus catheter into a short catheter and acting the portions of the stimulus wires inserted into the plexus catheter, which portions are exposed from the holes formed in the plexus catheter, as electrodes. SOLUTION: A connector 23 of the puncture cannula 11 is connected to a connector 28 of a stimulation device 26 and electric stimulus pulses are impressed to a diagonally pointed end 17 of the puncture cannula 11 when puncture manipulation is carried out. An anesthetist observes the reflection movement generated when the nerves are stimulated by the diagonally pointed end 17, by which whether the cannula 11 arrives at the section suitable for shutting off of the nerves or not is checked. The plexus catheter 30 and the stimulus wire 31 existing therein are thereafter inserted in place of the puncture cannula 11 into the short catheter 10. The plural holes 34 opening sideways are formed in the portion near the closed end 32 of the plexus catheter 30 and the portions of the stimulus wires 31 exposed via the respective holes 34 are acted as the electrodes.
