摘要： The structural component comprises a hand contact section such as a handle section, which is formed from elastomer. A surface of the component section provided to manual handle or the contact section is partially equipped with a protective layer (10) made of lacquer. The lacquer is directly applied on the surface of plastic. The lacquer is polyurethane-based two-component-clear lacquer. The first component of the two-component-clear lacquer consists of hydroxyl-group containing binder and is cross-linked with a hardener as two-component. The structural component comprises a hand contact section such as a handle section, which is formed from elastomer. A surface of the component section provided to manual handle or the contact section is partially equipped with a protective layer (10) made of lacquer. The lacquer is directly applied on the surface of plastic. The lacquer is polyurethane-based two-component-clear lacquer. The first component of the two-component-clear lacquer consists of hydroxyl-group containing binder and is cross-linked with a hardener as two-component. The polyisocyanate based hardener is cross-linked to a duroplastic polyurethane. The thickness of the protective layer is 20-60 mu m. The surface of the component has an area made of elastomeric plastic that is provided with the lacquer-protection layer. Independent claims are included for: (1) a method for the production of a body care product; and (2) a disposition medium for coating a thermoplastic elastomer component.
