    • The invention relates to a circuit assembly for the pulse width modulated actuation of an electric motor. The circuit assembly has at least one transistor half bridge comprising a semiconductor switch, in particular an N-MOS transistor, for a high side, and a semiconductor switch, in particular an N-MOS transistor, for a low side. The circuit assembly also has an output for connection to the electric motor, in particular to the stator of the electric motor. According to the invention, the circuit assembly comprises a control unit, wherein the control unit is operatively connected to a first output of the control unit with a control connection of the semiconductor for the high side and to a second output of the control unit with a control connection of the semiconductor switch for the low side. The circuit assembly is designed to control the semiconductor switch for the high side and the semiconductor switch for the low side using the same switching potential.
