摘要： The invention relates to a device for adjusting the supply onset of a fuel injection pump for internal combustion engines, by means of which the injection onset is adjustable in several stages. A roller tappet provided with a hydraulic tappet chamber for prestroke variation is fixable in defined positions via a control fluid. To this end the roller tappet has at least one first control bore and one second control bore communicating with the tappet chamber and can be made to communicate with openings in a housing bore that receives the tappet. The control bores are provided at differing heights, and/or with differing diameters or are offset from one another, at least one of the these control bores is closable by means of a control piston of the hydraulic tappet, and the control bores are openable as a function of an engine parameter via hydraulic lines.

摘要： In the pump work chamber of a fuel injection pump, the main fuel delivered by a first metering valve is admixed with at least one further additional fluid by means of a second metering valve via a second inflow conduit. The two metering valves inserted into the inflow conduits and being electromechanically actuatable receive control pulses (IZ1, IZ2) dependent on operating characteristics (n, T, S, L) from an electric control unit. By means of the metering into the pump work chamber, the respective amounts of the fuel components are very well mixed or emulsified and pumped to the injection nozzle. The electric triggering of the metering valves enables a rapid adaptation from one stroke to another of the mixture ratio of the various fuel components to the instant operating condition of the internal combustion engine. A particularly advantageous feature is the use of a refill reservoir receiving the return-flow fuel quantity diverted at the end of supply and returning it to the pump work chamber before the next subsequent supply stroke begins, this refill chamber being connected to an overflow conduit controlled by an oblique control edge on the pump piston.

摘要： The injection pump includes a pump cylinder, a pump piston moving into it and a hydraulic device for adjusting the instant of injection. The adjusting device has an adjusting cylinder, which is directed parallel to the pump cylinder and is accommodated in the housing of the injection pump, and adjusting piston and a restoring spring and adjusts a control sleeve, which opens the pump piston provided with at least one control recess in the longitudinal direction of the pump piston. This orientation and disposition of the adjusting cylinder effects a space-saving and inexpensive design of the injection pump and improves the precision of adjustment. The adjusting piston and the control sleeve may be directed coaxially and embodied as a single component, as a result of which a further space saving and increase in adjustment precision are attained.
