    • The invention relates to a drive train, e.g. in a wind turbine. An output shaft of the transmission and an input shaft of the generator are penetrable and are arranged substantially coaxial to one another. A power supply and/or communication line extends from a reference structure, which is stationary relative to the rotor, through both hollow shafts and into the rotor. A brake, e.g. a disk brake, is mechanically coupled to one of the two shafts. Said arrangement allows standard safety regulations to be met also in a wind turbine in which the generator and transmission shafts are hollow and coaxial to one another. Components located in the rotor hub can be powered or connected in a well-established fashion using lines that are led through a hollow shaft.
