摘要： Embodiments of the present invention provide an array substrate and a manufacturing method thereof and a touch display device. The array substrate comprises multiple data lines, multiple gate lines and multiple thin film transistors. The data lines and the gate lines intersect with each other in different planes to divide the array substrate into multiple pixel units, in each of which a thin film transistor is provided, wherein the array substrate further comprises multiple first touch sensing electrodes and multiple second touch sensing electrodes. The first touch sensing electrodes are provided below active regions of the thin film transistors and also serve as metal shielding layers for blocking light emitted by a backlight source. The first touch sensing electrodes and the second touch sensing electrodes intersect with each other in different planes, and capacitances are formed at intersections of the first touch sensing electrodes and the second touch sensing electrodes.

摘要： An array substrate, a method for fabricating the same, and a display device are provided. A metal shielding layer is electrically connected with a common electrode. A first connection part used for electrically connecting the metal shielding layer and the common electrode is arranged in the same layer as a source/drain electrode, and is electrically connected with the metal shielding electrode by means of a via penetrating the first insulating layer and the buffer layer. A storage capacitor is formed between an active layer and the metal shielding layer, increasing capacitance of the array substrate. The first connection part and the source/drain electrode which are arranged in the same layer can be formed by performing a patterning process once, thus reducing the fabricating flow, simplifying the fabricating process, saving the fabricating cost, and decreasing the fabricating time.

摘要： The invention provides an array substrate and a manufacturing method thereof, a display panel and a display device, the array substrate includes a base substrate, and a data line, a switching device and a voltage compensation module arranged on the base substrate, the switching device is connected between the data line and the voltage compensation module so that the data line is electrically connected to the voltage compensation module when a voltage on the data line is lower than a preset low voltage or higher than a preset high voltage. The array substrate uses a PN junction as the switching device between the data line and the voltage compensation module, and due to a low leakage current between a P terminal and an N terminal of the PN junction, the power consumption of the array substrate can be reduced.

The pixel electrode is integrated with a drain of the thin film transistor. In the pixel unit provided by the present invention, since the pixel electrode is integrated with the drain of the thin film transistor, it is not required to provide connection vias, so the manufacturing cost of an array substrate comprising the pixel unit is reduced.

摘要： Embodiments of the present invention provide an array substrate and a manufacturing method thereof and a touch display device. The array substrate comprises multiple data lines, multiple gate lines and multiple thin film transistors. The data lines and the gate lines intersect with each other in different planes to divide the array substrate into multiple pixel units, in each of which a thin film transistor is provided, wherein the array substrate further comprises multiple first touch sensing electrodes and multiple second touch sensing electrodes. The first touch sensing electrodes are provided below active regions of the thin film transistors and also serve as metal shielding layers for blocking light emitted by a backlight source. The first touch sensing electrodes and the second touch sensing electrodes intersect with each other in different planes, and capacitances are formed at intersections of the first touch sensing electrodes and the second touch sensing electrodes.

摘要： The embodiments of the present invention provide a shift register unit, a gate driving device, a display panel and a display device for solving the problem of relatively large noise in the signal outputted by the shift register unit within non-working time when the clock signal is of high level. Within the non-working time of the shift register unit, i.e., when displaying a frame of images, in periods of time other than the period of time when the scan trigger signal is of high level and the period of time when the output end of the shift register unit is of high level, the first pull-down drive module can connect the output end of the shift register unit with a low level signal end when the received clock signal is of high level, or when the received clock signal is of low level and the output end of the shift register unit is of low level, thereby releasing the noise coupled to the output end of the shift register unit by the high level signal to the low level signal end, so as to reduce the noise in the signal outputted by the shift register unit in the non-working time.
