摘要： An LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) panel and a manufacturing method for the same are provided to form an uneven structure in at least one of an upper substrate and a lower substrate to obtain a haze function, thereby reducing the generation of a lattice pattern and moire without increasing production cost and the thickness of the LCD device. An LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) comprises an upper substrate(100), a lower substrate(200), and liquid crystal(300) filled between the upper substrate and the lower substrate. An uneven structure is formed in at least one of the upper substrate and the lower substrate. A surface treatment process is performed onto at least one of the upper substrate and the lower substrate so as to realize a haze function. The surface treatment process is performed with at least one of grinding, scratch, and glass slimming processes.
