摘要： Our Invention is a Novel Indigenous Sustainable Vaccine Carrier for Maintenance of Cold Chain is the advancement of effective vaccine necessitates the delivery platforms to augment the immunogenicity and effectiveness for targeted patients. This is predominantly challenging for transmission-blocking covid-19 vaccines and is explicitly based on the sustainable carriage of vaccine for Maintenance of Cold Chain. The novel technology of vaccine box is based on the utilization of adsorption cooling as well as battery support to keep the. Cold chain ready which comprises basically three modules namely cooling module, vaccine box and the most important aspect to gain the necessary assistance is the utilization of modeling a thermoelectric system and the immediate design is obtained from a 3D printing. Further improvements will be possible for prevention of the loss of costly and precious vaccines during the transportation process. The vaccine carrier is technically incorporated with solar power fed battery operated system utilizing its DC voltage for digital display and automatic temperature controller, GPS Tracking System using Wi-Fi and a strong rectangular leather strip as back rest and a semi-circular handle pairs for support for novelty. The most important assignment of this scheme is the up-keep of temperature within a small range of 2-8 °C using a 3-D printed temperature regulatory casket. It is mandatory to maintain the above temperature for quality healthy assurance of vaccines. The above technological invention could guarantee the physician to validate and satisfy his necessities. 摘要： Our Invention "Inexpensive Nail-fold Capillaroscopy for Early Detection of Cardio-Metabolic Disease" is a Diabetes has become one of the major healthcare challenge in India. According to International Diabetes Federation (IDF), there are 77 million diabetic people in India. This makes the prevalence of disease as high as 8.9%. Moreover, this number is only for reported case. The early detection of the disease is key as the comorbidities increases with the progression of the disease. Some of the complications associated with diabetes as retinopathy, neuropathy, nephropathy, cardiovascular disease, and diabetic foot. This make it imperative to design an inexpensive non-invasive method for early detection of the cardio-metabolic disease. The approach used for early detection of diabetes like Diabetic Retinal Screening (DRS) are prohibitive in cost. The tool proposed in this study uses Nail-fold Capillaroscopy for early detection of the vascular complications. The tool proposed in this proposal is inexpensive and can be used by a non-clinical person after minimal training. This enables it to be a portable device for mass screening of the pre-diabetes. 摘要： SUSTAINABLE GREENHOUSE FOR CROPS & DRYING OF HERBAL MEDICINAL PLANTS This solar assisted sustainable greenhouse provides a suitable environmental temperature for cultivation and drying of various expensive medicinal plants. It is properly designed to provide control as well as to maintain solar radiation, temperature, humidity, and carbon dioxide levels inside the green house. Continuous AC supply voltage is obtained from a flexible solar panel, inverter and battery and fed to the temperature blower to produce continuous heating. The temperature controller has to control the temperature every moment. This total system is again controlled by LoRaWAN -Based Temperature & Humidity Sensor LW02 and digital temperature controller by an android mobile phone. The lora wifi module can be in operation to a range up to 3 kilometres. It is note-worthy to suggest that the temperature should be maintained appropriately for coping up with the green house environment suitable to cultivating and drying of medicinal plants range starting from 30 to 80 degree centigrade.
