Independent claims are included for: (1) blocked polyurethane prepolymer obtained as above, (2) a reactive system containing:(A) the polyurethane/prepolymer, (B) at least one organic amine with at least two primary amine groups, (C) optionally compounds with oxirane groups, and (D) optionally catalysts and/or additives.
