摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a solvent-free low-viscosity composition which can give a coating film having excellent resistances to corrosion, erosion and mechanical damage to a metallic or mineral substrate by mixing an organic polyisocyanate component with a specified polyhydroxy component in a specified ratio. SOLUTION: This composition is prepared by mixing at least one organic polyisocyanate component (e.g. lacquer polyisocyanate having a biured group derived from 1,6-diisocyanatohexane) with a solvent-free polyhydroxy component containing an OH-functional polyacrylate component obtained by polymerizing an olefinically unsaturated monomer mixture at least one of the components of which is OH-functional (e.g. a mixture of 2-hydroxyethyl acrylate with styrene, etc.) in the presence of a compound having an ether group and at least one OH group (e.g. propylene-oxide-based polyether) and having an OH content of 3.0-18.0wt.% and a viscosity of 200-10,000mPa.s in a specified NCO to OH equivalent ratio.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject dispersion having excellent stability, quickly drying, having the lowest coated film forming temperature without adding an organic solvent and having very excellent cleanliness by including a specific isolated urea group in polyurethane-urea. SOLUTION: This dispersion contains 35 wt.% of a resin solid obtained by (A) forming a prepolymer having isocyanate at a chain end by reacting a bifunctional polyol having 500-6,000 number-average molecular weight, before dispersing the prepolymer into water, (B) neutralizing 65-95 wt.% of an acid group in a compound containing an isocyanate reactive group such as a hydroxy group and an acid group in an amount sufficient to provide 12-27 mgKOH/g acid value based on the resin solid, dispersing into water, forming polyurethane- urea by subjecting the isocyanate group to a chain extension with water and adding an additive neutralizing agent in an amount capable of neutralizing 115 wt.% of the acid group of the component B, and has pH of 7.5, and the urea contains an isolated chain group in the brace in the formula in an amount of 1.0-4.0 wt.% based on the resin solid.
