摘要： Polyisocyanates are prepared by thermally splitting a carbamate corresponding to the formula: R1(NH-CO-O-R2)n in which R1, R2 and n are as defined herein into the corresponding isocyanate and alcohol. The splitting reaction is carried out at a temperature of from 150 DEG to 350 DEG C., at a pressure of from 0.001 to 20 bar and in the presence of an auxiliary agent. Suitable auxiliary agents are hydrogen chloride, organic acid chlorides, compounds having an alkylating effect and organotin (IV) chlorides. Inert solvents and catalysts may also be employed in the splitting products. The thus-produced isocyanate and alcohol are then separated, if necessary.

摘要： A process for rapidly mixing phosgene and an amine in the gas phase to produce the corresponding isocyanate. Micro-structure mixers are used for the rapid mixing. The educts emerge from the micro-structure mixer in the form of thin free jets which mix very rapidly by diffusion and/ or turbulence. As a result, the mixing operation is accelerated substantially as compared with conventional reactors. The isocyanate yield is also increased.

摘要： The invention relates to solutions of A) from 3 to 60% by weight, based on the combined ether-polyol content, of separately prepared oligo-urethane ethers containing terminal OHgroups in the form of reaction products of a) diisocyanates with b) dialcohols having an average molecular weight of from 200 to 800, the stoichiometric ratio of a) to b) amounting to various values based on the average molecular weight of the dialcohols, in B) polyether polyols containing at least 2 hydroxyl groups and having an average molecular weight of from 1000 to 12,000 and to their use in a process for the production of polyurethane foams capable of being effectively flame-laminated and (high-frequency) welded without any adverse effect upon their other properties. The process for producing flame-laminatable and high-frequency-weldable flexible polyurethane foams is characterized by the reaction of i) polyisocyanates with ii) relatively high molecular weight compounds containing at least 2 hydroxyl groups, iii) optionally other relatively high molecular weight and/or low molecular weight compounds containing isocyanate-reactive hydrogen atoms and water, iv) optionally in the presence of other blowing agents, catalysts, foam stabilizers and other additives, such solutions described above being exclusively or partly used as the relatively high molecular weight compounds which contain hydroxyl groups.
